Is there somebody out there who have good experiences with messuring olive pulp, which gomes directly out of a hammer mill?

I have never heard of anyone measuring olive pulp specifically. MMI meters are used on Orange Pulp with success. You might want to contact Chris Hill in Florida as he calls on many major Orange Juice companies and check with your colleagues in southern Europe (Spain?) to see if they have any similar experience. It's probably not exactly the same as Olive Pulp, but I think the application issues would be similar.
