Most important featues: 1. It needs to accurately represent what the meter performance actually is. The current Toolkit ONLY does that for conditions where the pressure and / or temperature effect are insignificant, which certainly is not all cases.
2. The tool needs to be easy to use for the end-user. Toolkit has some issues in that area that I would be happy to discuss with the right people.
